Service Description
What you will learn in this basic course • Sushi basics from how to set up your working station, how to cook sushi rice to traditional sushi rolls and modern dishes aswell. • Sushi variations such as thick rolls, thin rolls, hand rolls, etc. -1 calofornia roll -1 spicy tuna roll -1 tekka roll -1 futo maki roll -1 handroll -3 nigiri • Traditional Japanese recepies: - sushi rice - sushi rice vinegar - spicy mayo - spicy tuna - crab salad - chop scallion • A brief history about how sushi became part of the Japanese tradition that we see today. This course includes 2 hours of teachings by chef Norlan at the price of $40 per hour and an additional fee of $50 per student. Ingredients are included. Half the total amount is to be paid in advance once the sushi class application is signed. Classes are available saturdays to mondays. Dress Code • Closed-toed, non-slip shoes • No oversized or baggy clothing • No excessive or hanging jewelry • Long hair tied back Ingredients per student: - Nikishi premium grade rice (2lb/3 cups). - 1 pack of roasted seaweed ( 10 sgeets). - 1 bamboo sushi mat - kanikama/imitation crab (10 pieces). - Tuna 1/2 lb - Salmon 1/2 lb - masago 2 oz - scallions 4 oz - Mayonnaise 8 oz - Kimchee base 1 oz - Sriracha sauce 1 oz - Chili garlic sauce 1 oz - 1 Avocado - 1 Cucumber - Sesame seeds 2 oz




Cancellation Policy
Due to planning and staffing in advance of each class, special ordered product, and perishable items, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for cancellations within 72 hours of the class and/or noshows the day of the class. If there is an unexpected cancellation on our part, you will be contacted at the phone number and email provided during sign up. A refund or credit to another class will be available.
